Good Morning everyone!
I missed posting yesterday, just had to much going on in my personal everyday life. Some times that gets in the way of our blogging life! LOL The weekend has went great so far--They got the house siding finished yesterday! What a relief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And we had thought we would only get the one side done this weekend. On Friday they finished the one side and we got the scaffaling moved to other side and they started ripping the old siding off and Rhonda started painting the windows and eve boards and then Ron came and helped finish up the painting that she couldn't reach.. So yesterday they just had the new siding to put on. They worked in the rain yesterday! and it was coming down pretty good and very cold! It didn't get over 48 yesterday ! They were all soaked by the time they were done--dripping wet. But they were finished by 11:30 and had the scaffaling returned by noon.
I didn't do much outside, but I did my own thing in the house. Cooked all the food for the crew and kept the kids in line! After everyone left yesterday I cleaned house. Did all 3 levels- started up-stairs and worked my way down. Got vaccuming, dusting , and bathroom cleaning done. I cleaned the hardwood floors too, they were bad, with all the kids here and the tracking in and out.
All the rain we had yesterday and last night will really help our garden and the yard, but they say we will still be in drought conditions unless we get more rain soon. I think we are having the coldest and dries year in over 5 years! Now I love the mid to high 70's and could keep them all year long, but not everyone is satisfied with those temps.
Starting tomorrow I'll have the boys here with us everyday, school was done yesterday. This will be a change for them and me. But I love it!!!!
One of the ladies (thank you) that LEFT A COMMENT the other day made a suggestion that I should do up a TOU for my wordart and zip it all up. Well I went ahead and did that for today's wordart. I really don't know if I will continue to do this or not. If you look on my sidebar (on left) I have left my TOU information there.
