Good evening!! I thought I had better get this posted before the hockey game starts. The Minn Wilds are playing tonight. I love hockey, it's about the only sport that I can really sit down and watch. I'm not a real big football fan. Our son played hockey in high school (goalie) so that's probably why I love it so much.
We really got a ton of snow last night and today and boy is it cold- it's down to 3 degrees and that's without the wind factor. I had the puppie out a bit ago and nearly froze!!! I'm getting spoiled with all our past winters which were real nice!! Me and Jim were outside a great deal of the day shoveling and snowblowing. The boys were here {because school was closed) so the 4 of us and chinook went for a walk in the blowing freezing snow. The pup and boys loved it!!! The other thing about winter is the wet hats mitts and boots and snow pants for the boys and then trying to figure out where to hang them to dry. My porch was decorated with all of this today!!! I love having the kids here, so I really don;t mind!!
It's only 9 days until Kim and Tyler get here, we can hardly wait!!
