Hi ! I'm back!! We were in Colorado visiting our daughter and family. It was so nice
to get away for a few days, but of course it's always good to come home too.
We left on the 30th of May and came back this Tuesday the 4th. It's about a 15 hour drive
if you just stop for gas and potty breaks. We usually stop and have breakfast and usually a lunch
but this time, it was just breakfast and we snacked as we drove ( for lunch)! LOL We left
here at 3 am, so we got a early start.
We went to Seven Falls and some of the "guys" walked up the 285 steps to the top of the
Mountain, but not this girl! I took the elevator to the half way mark ( Eagle Nest).
One day we took a tour of the Coors Brewery and that was a very interesting tour, if you every get
over by Denver and are looking for something to do, I say check it out.
It's cold here in Minn, could actually have had a little heat today, but I toughened it out and just added a sweater. Tomorrow it's suppose to be up in the 70's so that should be just about perfect.
Jim is working the night shift this week, so I'm going to try to get some scrap booking done. Haven't
done any pages in a while, just lost my MoJo and just can't seem to get into it. I have a ton of
pictures to work with and a lot of new kits that I have bought in the last few months, and that isn't
counting all the great freebies that some of the designers are so generous to give us.So I am going to
go and see if I can do some scrapping. Wish me luck!

Thanks Donna! So glad you had a good vacation. I adore going to Colorado have ridden motorcycle all over that state,(many many times) it is a terrific place. May be a while (if ever) before I get to visit it again.
ReplyDeleteHope you get some scrapping done, I have been in a creative slump too...LOL! As a matter of fact, never even turned my computer on over the weekend! Was a real couch potato and watched 4 movies I had bought but not watched! LMAO!!
