Tomorrow night is our daughter Rhondas Collage graduation- she went back to school after her divorce and now has a great job and is starting a new life with her two boys. We are so proud of her.

Hi Everyone- Another late night for me and I was going to get so much done as far as my scrapbooking and some wordart . Never got either done. Computer and my graphic program were bot misbehaving. So I'm going to post this one that I did the other day. My daughter and daughter-in-law are both into the wooden signs and different wall hanging of Live Love and Laugh. So this one I am going to enlarge and print it onto some material and make a pillow for each of them. I do the stitching around the edge and some I even stitch the lettering after I print it. So remember there are a lot of different uses for Wordart. I have made coaster -using the ceramic tiles and then sealing the tops- or pillows , ceramic magnets and a ton of other stuff, that is why I love doing the wordart. So I hope you too can find a use for my wordart.

Wordart today - alpha definitions

Good Morning!

I thought I had better get these two letters posted, I have had them done for ages and just keep forgetting to post. I didn't keep track of the fonts that I used for this, so I can't tell anyone which one it is, sorry.

Yesterday was a busy day, house cleaning, grocery shopping and more baseball games.

I was going thru all my cook books yesterday before I went grocery shopping, and I was trying to find something "different" to cook- do any of you get tired of cooking the same thing? Well, I found a cassarole (hotdish) -actually two of them that I combined to make one, it turned out pretty good. Ya just never know when you make something n ew if it's going to taste good or not!

I ended up buying a couple more flowers (Plants for outside) yesterday, so I probably should get those planted today. and then I have to figure out what to make for supper tonight!!!

I might try to get a little wordart done today, being I got my house cleaned yesterday.

I have the boys this afternoon for a few hours, Mike is working until 6 or after and Rhonda has Girls night out , so her and about 5 other ladies are going out on the town tonight. The surrounding towns have this once a year and all the shops have specials for the ladies. Yes even the bars do!

I finally got all my paper scrapbook pages put into the album- these are the ones that I combined the digital pages with paper elements around them . A 8x8 digital scrap page put on a 12x12 paper with extra elements, wordart and pictures around the 8x8 page. I really love the look of this, but I get so far behind- I make the pages and never get them put in the albums when I'm done, so then I have a huge stack of them to put in the book. I have been doing this for 2 years and am now just getting them all done! I will be doing a few more of the 8x8 on the 12x12 for my son-in-laws Air Force album- but I am mostly going to do just the digital 8x8 for all the grandkid that I do from now on.

My brother and his new wife are suppose to be coming to moms late this afternoon, but we having heard anything for sure- I'm real excited to meet her and see how his leg is doing since his last surgery.

I'm trying to decide if I'm going to get up early tomorrow and go to some garage sales or not---????- I really don't need to buy any more :stuff:, but it's such fun!!! I get up at 4am when Jim works, so I could just as well go-- being I'm already up- right?? Oh such tough decisions!

Went to Zach baseball game yesterday afternoon and it's the first one that I have been to this year - that I didn't get cold. It was actually nice and sunny and not a lot of wind.

Well, I see the sun is coming up- so I better go and get dressed and decide what I'm going to do first this morning.

Good Morning all, hope you all had a great day yesterday. I did. I really didn't get much done, but seemed to be busy all day! You know what I mean, i'm sure you have all had one of these days. I did go and get my hair cut-------a lot shorter then I was planning on!!!!!!!!!!! But it will grow out. Jim goes back to work today, so I'll probably get a little scrapbooking done this week, a few Layouts of the Easter pictures and maybe a few more winter ones. I'm so behind on my scrapping.
I posted a picture of the kids right before the Easter Hunt . They are my grandkids -except the little boy in blue- he is my nephew.

They are having a book Fair here sometime in the next week or so- I can't hardly wait- I get most of mine and Jim's winter reading material there. The place is usually so full, it's hard to move around in the areana.

Good morning- I'm really late this morning for getting this posted, so it's going to be a short post.

Yesterday was a real busy day here- I got my basement and the main floor vaccumed and all my dusting done- it will be clean for a day- gotta vaccum up stairs today and then I'm going to shampoo my porch and the carpet in the basement. I also gotta get my front porch cleaned up- so we can sit out there with our morning coffee!! It's the best part of spring- taking my coffee and a good book and sitting out on my front porch. It's suppose to get up to 68 degrees this week!!

The word art today is done with the "Roundhand Blk BT fonts" in case anyones wants to know.

Good morning! Not much went on yesterday, I pretty much was lazy all day and didn't even leave the house. Char came for coffee about 11am- which was late for her, she slept in! They went to a concert the night before:" NickleBack"- so it was after 1 before they got home.

Jim is off work for the next 7 days, so we are going to try to get a few things done outside in the yard. I can probably get my front porch cleaned up and all my cushion out for my wicker chairs. It's probably to cold to set out there for coffee yet--(wishful thinking). LOL It's only 26 degrees this morning. We gotta see if the repair shop has Jim's 4-wheeler done and if so we have to run over to Cannon to pick it up- it better be- they have had it for 3 weeks and it was only going to take them about 4 days to get it done! If we head over there- we will probably stop in and see mom for a bit. I gotta get the kids Easter stuff put together too and get Tylers ready to mail out, they are leaving tomorrow for L.A. so I'm going to send it so that it will be there when he gets back, if I send it now the chocolate will probably be melted before he gets home!!!!!!

Well, I better get my butte moving, got things to do, people to see and places to go!!LOL

Today I added some more Alpha Wordart- hopefully someone can use it.

Today I have something a little different, It'a Alpha definition wordart. Hope some one can use it for their scrapbook pages. I will be doing more as the month goes on and will post them inbetween my other wordart. You can add color to these to match your page that you are working on, But I like to do my wordart in black, that way it will usually go with any color in your pictures.

School started today, so I have the house to myself, now I will miss hearding- "Grandma". Brady is all excited about getting glasses and they should be coming in soon, maybe today. These little kids just don't understand what a pain glasses are to wear. But I'm sure within a month, we will hear mom ask him where his glasses are and how come he doesn't have them on when he's reading!!!!

I gotta go and shop for some Easter stuff for the kids today, and look for a birhday present for Char. I'm having a little get together for her on Friday- to help her celebrate being 49!! She is having a fit about being just about 50. I told her to get over it--it was only going to get worse!!!! After 50 , the time really flies. But like my brother said yesterday- getting older is better then the alternative!!!!! With all the people that we have lost in the last few years , we should count our blessings that we are here to get older.

I'm still not smoking, it will be 6 months at the end of the month, but boy are there times when I would like to say "The hell with it" and go find myself one. But I won't, I figure we have both gotten this far( and without any help) that we don't need them. But I sure don't need the extra lbs that I have gained since I quit smoking either!
