Good afternoon everyone, or morning or evening, which ever one applies to your time zone. It's afternoon for me. I went over to Cannon to help clean some more on my moms trailer, had to clean the 2 bedrooms. The lady that is doing the estate Sale has quite a job ahead of her. She is making som headway, but there was too much stuff, so she isn't having the sale this weekend. It will have to be the end of the month instead.

Was over to see my mom  on Tuesday and our son was over there last night, and she is rather angery with us all for going thru her stuff and not taking her over there. But she would never get thru it and would try to keep everything and put it in the studio apartment that she has. I hate to say it, but she is a bit of a hoarder.

I can't wait until this is over, it's so much stress on all of us! Hopefully she can be happy in her new place after all this stuff with the trailer is done.

We are going over to her place this afternoon for a BBQ, the apartment is having a 5 year anniversay BBq.

It's hot as hell here and the humidity is terrible. It's suppose to rain this afternoon, so lets hope it doesn't until after the BBQ. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi All- we had a great time at Kenzies Birthday Party. A relaxing visit with the family. that we don't get often enough. The kids were outside playing being it was so nice. She opened her presents and we had ice cream cake!

Then she had to head out for soccer practice, so we all headed home. She was eleven on the 13th, heaven help us- seh'll be a teen-ager before we know it! LOL And she is so tiny for her age- she uses one of my most downloaded wordarts to explain to people---" I'm not short. I'm just fun sized"!

Hi my blogger friends, just a short post tonight, I was going to post a new freebie last night, but time got away from me and I didn't get it done, so I figured I better get it done tonight.
I got a email from Carol with a layout that she had done up of her granddaughter playing Field Hockey. She thought I might like to see some of my wordart used in a layout. And I was thrilled. It's always nice to see something you did used by someone else! Thanks again Carol!

Hi everyone I am done with the date stamps, at least for now.
I've been busy planting flowers while we have had a few sunny days. It's suppose to start raining again on 'Thursday, so I thought I had better get all the flowers done, while I had a chance. We are heading up North to the cabin on Friday, so we won't get anything done around here this weekend. This will be our first trip up there this spring, so we will be getting it cleaned and set up for the summer.
I'm trying to learn a new graphic program PSP. boy does that give a person a headache! LOL
I love my Photoimpact but they won't be making any more up-dated programs, so I figured I should learn another program too. I will probably still use this most of the time tho.

It's moving day for our daughter and grandson tomorrow, so this weekend is going to be a busy one and a rather sad one. I really hate to see them move out. But I know it's time for them to find their own place and get on with their new life. It's just this mom and grandma and even dad and grandpa are going to miss having them around. Well, I'm back. We spent the weekend up-North at the cabin. Lefte here early (4am) Friday and got back here early evening yesterday. It rained most of the time we were up there and it was cold. We went 4-wheeling anyway- more like mudding!!!! We managed to get 3 of the 4 wheelers buried in the mud. It's a good thing we had the wenches on 2 of the 4 wheeler.!!! We might still be there otherwise. The little ones enjoyed it as much as the adults. We did have to have the heater on up there, just to damp and then when we all got wet we really needed the heat.

The grandkids have all started their sports- baseball and soccer and it will be in 2 different towns, so me and jim will be doing a lot of running in the next month or so.

Friday we get to go to Maggie's school and watch her sing and then she is going to take us on a tour of her school and then we get to eat lunch with her. She is so excited!!!! A six year old going on 25!!!!!

Then on the 14th we are heading for Missouri to see my brother and sister-in-law. We haven't seen the new house that they bought, so it will be fun to see that and the town that they are living in. We're taking my mom with us so she can see them too and get away for a few days.

Jim has his 7 days off and then he took vacation so all together he has 2 weeks off-- Maybe we can get started on ripping our old deck off and putting our new one up! I got the last of my plants moved out of the flower bed by the deck, now we can start moving the dirt /or leveling it out.

Then ,next month is the Thompson Family reunion in S. Dak. and a few days after that we fly out to N.C. to spend a week with Kim and Tyler. I can't wait- I'm so excited about going.

Well, gott go get supper finish for Jim and then we have a late baseball game to go watch.

hi this is one that I tried to post the other day and I was having trouble, so here it is today. This is how I feel some days!! LOL
It's been a real lazy day for me and I really haven;t did anything except take Chinook for a walk and fool around on the computer, Oh I guess I did make up some chocolate chip cookies. I can't seem to keep ahead on them, I make a double batch and put half in the freezer and I'm still baking every 2 days. And I'm not even eating them!!!
Gotta go make supper- hubby will be coming home from work soon, talk to you all tomorrow.
