http://www.mediafire.com/file/kuf4d0k8sgty5qg/MOTHERHOOD.png/fileHi everyone, It's a beautiful spring day here, hope it is where ever you are at too.
I have been out repotting flowers. Can't go any where so it's really nice to beable to
be working outside. We have a lot of yard work to be down, and it's a beautiful
time of the year to do it. Jim was power washing some of our wooden furniture out side,
he is getting it ready to stain it and our deck, needs some new stain this year. Tomorrow
we are going to lay down some walk pavers that we have, so that should keep us busy.
Stay safe and healthy! Hugs

I thought I would add a few old ones today that I did a couple of years ago for Mother's Day Pictures. Hope you can use them.
I want to thank the three people that left comment this week. It's not very many when I had about 6oo plus people download from here, but hey I'll take what I can get and I appreciate that a few of them took the time to leave me a comment.  I am leaving for Colorado in a couple of days, we are going to visit our daughter and family for a few days. So I will probably get one more freebie loaded before I go and then there won't be any for about a week.
We just got back for the cabin up North last night. Had a great time 4-wheeling. It was a perfect weekend as far as the weather goes and there wasn't any mosquitos Yet!
Got all the work done  that we needed to up there, so it was  a busy 2 days. The drive home seemed to take forever- but 6 hours is nothing compared to the 14 -16 hours we are looking at on Thursday when we head to Colorado. I will be able to catch up on some reading! LOL
Well gotta go, friend will be here shortly for our morning coffee (we get together every morning for about a hour and have coffee) Just week days, not weekends.  She works out of her home, so can be away as long as she has her phone with her. Which we all mostly have our cell phones on us. It's one of the things we can't leave home without! I never thought  that I would be one of "those" people!!! But I "Have"!! If I forget it at home I feel like I left my first born child behind!
Talk to you all later.

Wordart for today is for mom

Hi All- I had forgotten that I had done this one up for Mothers Day, so thought I had better get it on here for you all in case someone has a need for it.
Today looks like its going to be beautiful- it's early -only 7am and 37 degrees- but the sun is shining bright and the weather man says (and he always knows) right!? Just kiddin, it really is going to be a great day. I probably should get out and get my front porch painted. The winter was rather hard on it and us putting salt on it to keep the ice off really did a number on the top layer of paint.
Jims got to get the trailer ready today for our trip up North on the 15th and mow the lawn for the first time this year!! He's excited!!!!
Yesterday we just loafed around in the morning and then we went to Rhonda and Mikes for a BBQ in the afternoon. I called Bob and he came over to spend a few hours with us all and we played the yard golf game

Mothers day cluster

http://www.mediafire.com/?jjhtmo2o2ma

Today I have a Mother's Day Cluster for you- 2 different dl's- there is one with a frame and one without. Hope you like!

I will add the other for you too. I talked to Kim and Scott last night. Scott is leaving this morning for training In Kansas for 2 months before he leaves for Afghanistan. Kim and Tyler were taking him to the airport early this morning, he had to be there by 6am with all his equipment and stuff. I will have to call Kim and Ty later and see how they are doing.

The boys each have a ball game this afternoon, and they are overlapping, so we will have to be running from one to the other. Jim is working so he won't be there to see the boys.

I have been getting a lot of downloads for my wordart, but hardly any comments except from a few faithful followers, thank you much gals for taking the time to leave a comment. It's much appreciated. I'm not sure if I'm going to continue doing this every day or not- it might be just ononce a week or so, it takes a lot of time to keep this up every day.

Hugs

Wordart for Today- mother

Good Morning all- I'm late as usual, butr I decided to sleep in this morning.
We went to Duluth yesterday, left here about 5:45am and got there a little after 9am. There was no snow on the ground most of the way and the closer we got to Duluth the more snow we started to see, and then it start to snow. I thought, oh no, we're getting a snopw storm here! And we we're planning on staying the night! Even tho' I did take a change of shirts and socks for us, I hvae learned to do that, cause you just never know what can happen. Remember when our mom's use to tell us to change our underwear everyday, cause we never knew when we might end up in the hospital and need to have on clean underwear!? Well, that's what I have learned about traveeeeeeeeling, never leave home without the important things!! change of clothes, book to read and Med's (if you are taking important ones) oh and of course your curling iron!!!
We had a real nice visit with Jim's mom and then the 3 of us went over to his sister Jan and husband Jon's house and had lunch with them . Jon grilled chicken on the grill - even tho" it was snowing out- it was tasty. The first bbq of the season!!!
After lunch Jim's other sister Pat , Ed( friend) and our nephew Colin came and visited. We had a great day of catching up on what was going on with even one. We hadn't seen Jim's mom and Jan since right after Jim's heart attack and the rest of them it's been about 2 years. Sad isn't it that it's been that long! Shame on us all!
We got home here about 9 and then we watched the Wild's Hockey game. Neither one of us could stay up and watch the whole thing tho' so don't know if they won or lost, they were behind when we went to bed.
Well better get this posted- have a great day and leave a little love if you ddl. If your someone that just came to visit- FOR SURE LEAVE A COMMENT
Hugs
