I thought it was time for a new freebie for you all.  We finally got some nice sunny weather here today. Just right!

Our daughter in Colorado is right neat the fire and I have been keeping in close touch with her.

They are in the Pre-evacuation area, so they have all their important things loaded in their trucks, but are still in their home, thank heavens! I feel so awful for all those people that have lost their homes. We were just out there a week and a half ago and were driving thru the Black Forest area, because that is where Kim and Scott are looking to buy a house. Beautiful area with trees. It's so darn sad.

Lets keep them all in our prayers and hope that they can get this under control, before any more homes 

go up in flames.

Good Morning! Hope you all had a great weekend, I did! Got to spend it with most of the people that I love the most in the world, what more could a person ask for?

Tyler had his birthday party at the bowling alley on Sat. and all the kids had a good time bowling. Tyler got LOTS of cash and his new camera that he has been wanting. He just wanted money this year so that he could buy a Wii. He got enough to buy that and even a extra game for it.

Yesterday we all went to Valley Fair and had a great time! Jim and I even went on a few rides with the grandkids!! Jim went on the water kids and got soaked!!!!

We stopped and had supper at the World Buffet on our way home. I love Chinese Food!

Franny sent me an award and I feel very honored to have recieved it, thanks again Franny! When I get more time I will award this to 7 other sites that I love.

Char is coming for coffee this morning and I think we will set out on the front porch and enjoy the early morning sun.

I gotta run up-town this morning and I will probably stop by Rhonda's and say Hi and I might even stop by Char's and have a cup of coffee with her this morning. That will be a big surprise for her!

Char and I even sat outside on the front porch yesterday and had our morning coffee. The neighbor lady walking her dog said she knew that summer had finally arrived because we were out there having our coffee. I guess we are a tradition in the neighborhood! God, that means we have been doing this way too long!
