We did a bit of yard work, got some of my deck and porch stuff put away for the winter. I think our warm weather is done with, sure hope the rain is.
We went to our granddaughters college soccer game and got seated and they canceled it, because the fields were to wet.  Not a lot of happy campers! LOL We only had about a hr and a half drive, but some had a lot further. The girls had a 5 hr. drive, yep, not happy.
We were suppose to go up North to our hunting cabin this weekend and do a little work before hunting season starts in Nov and do a bit of 4-wheeling, but they were getting a lot of rain  and then snow  up there, so we decided not to go. Now we will just go up in Nov.

Lucky now if I get 1 full cup sipped. Hopefully when this is all done I get my regular taste buds back.

Hi everyone, hope you all are keeping cool, especially if you are in the part of the country that is getting the nasty heat. It's 85 here today, but the humidity is really bad so it feel a lot hotter.
We were going to watch Maggie (our granddaughter) play in her softball tournament today, but since surgery I have a hard time breathing if the humidity is high. So maybe tomorrow, it's suppose to be less humid.
So today I put a bit of sunshine in my hair (high lighten it) was hoping that it might cheer me up a bit.
The house is starting to close in on me, not that I haven't been out and about, but I guess it's just that there is so many things that I can't do and I don't like it. I see my Chemo Dr next Wed. so we should find out then _we hope_ when I can start chemo. I'm not anxious for it, I just want it done with.

The weather has bee great here the last week, a little warmer then normal, but it's great. The leaves have
mostly fallen from the trees, so we know that the snow will be here before we are ready for it. They did get snow flurries up north a few weeks ago-- just to let the people know that autumn doesn't last forever.  We are heading up North on Friday- Up North is about 365 miles  (6 hrs) from here  close to the Canadian border- In'tl Falls Minn-- my home town. Hunting season starts next Sat.

Coffee is my morning -get up and start moving- drink! And I  have creamer in it- Almond Joy creamer is my most favorite. YES. then the rest of the day I drink water or ice tea- can't stand hot tea-I drink the Lipton citrus diet green tea.  Flavored Sobie water is good too. Usually in the afternoon before supper I have another cup of coffee, my relax time, before I start cooking.
We dug up some of our bushes in the front yard yesterday, so we were out looking for something new to plant where we took them out. Finally did find some new bushes that won't get so big, but are waiting until it cools off before we plant them.
Well better get off here and get something done.

Hi everyone, how is the weather where you live. Some places are getting hit with such bad storms, I feel so bad for them, it's gotta be awful to see your homes flooded with water or your business.
If it isn't storms its fire. so awful, we lost our first home to a fire and there is nothing as painful
as watching everything you own lost in a matter of minutes.
It's been cool here today ,but are expecting HOT weather next week. We are moving our daughter into a townhouse this weekend, so hoping to have her all moved before the heat kicks in. And no rain until after we are done. That's not asking to much is it?!
Still haven't gotten any letter from our grandson, his mom is starting to get a bit anxious, to say the least. We know he is ok, but we are a mom and a grandma, so that says it all.

What would I do without my coffee. I don't drink it black tho, gotta have my creamer in it. But it gets me going in the morning. I don't drink a lot during the day, but about 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon
I have to have me another cup.  How many coffee lovers are out there?
Our snow was all gone and the flowers were coming up and then last night we got hit with a snow storm, we probably only got about 6 inches, but some places got up to 12. The sun is out today, so I'm sure that by this weekend it will all be gone. I wasn't ready for spring about a week ago, but now
I think I am! LOL
We are having my grandson graduation Party here at our house so I have a ton of thing to do in the house and yard before June 1st. We are putting new flooring in the entry way and new closet doors,
and Jim wants to do some more landscaping. This is the first of the grandkids to graduate out of 7, we have one graduating now for the next 7 years.

I'm still not able to download any pictures onto my blog from my new computer, so I[m doing it off my laptop. No one has came forth with any suggestions on what could be the problem. My new computer is a windows 10, I have no idea if that is the problem or not.

Here ya go everyone, What would I do without my coffee? It gets me going in the morning and also I get together every morning with two of my best friends and we have a couple cups.
They usually come over here about 8am and stay about a hour and head home to start their day.
What more could a person ask for?

sorry its been quite a while since I posted any thing, Life has a way of getting in the way some times, and ours has been a bit busy. 

And m Ex-harddrive went out-, so I have been trying to re download all my stuff onto another. 

Thank goodness I had it all backed up.

Also things aren't going real good with my mom,she is getting more confused every day and some days I just want to cry, it's so sad to see her disappear.right before our eyes. Some days she knows who I am, some not.

Hi everyone, I have been MIA the last little bit, but you aall know how life gets in the way! LOL
I have been busy getting my flower garden done, buying flowers for my deck and front porch.
Today I cleaned my front porch off again, I haven't been able to sit out there because it was to cold, so you couldn't even tell that I did the first spring cleaning on it. Now it is warmer and we should beable to set out there with our coffee in the morning. It's raining cats and dogs all day today and tonight. Hope it quits tonight, we have a softball tourament  all day tomorrow. Our granddaughter is playing.. We were up North to our cabin last weekend and did some work up there, first time of the season that we have been up there. I think we are going up again in a couple weeks.
Our daughter and grandson will be moving back here to Minn the end of June, so we have a lot of stuff to get done before they get back here.
One main project that needs to get done is to power wash our deck and get a fresh coat of sealer stuff on it.
Jim got some tomato plants, and cucumbers, squash and we planted them the other day, tomatos went in containers again and so did the cucumbers. we'll see how that works this year.
Well, better get off of here and get this posted, Hope you enjoy todays wordart.

It seems like it has been forever since I have posted any thing, sorry.
We have been gone with our son and family to soccer touraments out of town , and before we
left we were cleaning- yep cleaning --out closets, our attic , trying to get rid of stuff that we don't use or want anymore. Making room in the spare bedroom for our daughter when she gets here to stay for a bit. We have the basement to start on next, gotta make the back room ready for our grandson to use for a while.
Spring has finally sprung here, at least I hope so.
got a couple of my windows open today and it's so nice. Not ready for the hot weather, I really don't care for the heat- especially when it gets in the 90's- I like it in the high 70's and low 80's!

Anyway Cathy e-mailed me about it, and said she way trying to download it and it kept warning her about the download.
