Sorry it's been so long since I posted.
How is the weather where you live? It's been snowing for the last 3 days here in my part of Minnesota, and before that we had a terrible cold spell.  We got 10 inches of snow here in Northfield yesterday and we are getting hit with more today. They say we could get up to another 7 inches! yuck
The schools we closed last week because of the cold and now this week because of the snow. Kids love it, parents not so much! lol
Oh well, Spring will be here before we know it and then we will be complaining about the heat.
I kinda like snow days, I can cuddle up with a blanket and a book, or spend the day doing scrapping.
That's what I'm doing today--scrapping -- I put supper in the crock-pot already , got a load of clothes into the dryer, so now I can play!

This is so me, as I'm sure there a lot of others out there that have these sudden mood changes too. My hubby says life is never dull around here, he never knows what "Donna" he is going to have today!
I spent most of the morning and early afternoon over at my moms  and tried to get her place cleaned up a bit and "cleaned out" she is such a pack rat and hoarder, we have a hard time keeping up with her. And it was so hot in her room there, I turned the air on, but then she freezes. Not win there! Her is getting worse, isn't remembering anyones names anymore, once in a while she remembers mine, but today she wasn't even sure who I was. It's rather depressing, but I have been trying real hard not to let it get me down.  We took her out to luch last week and then my sister took her out yesterday. She has always been a people watcher, so she does enjoy getting out. The place where she is at has one day a week that they bus the residents out on a outing, either just a run in the country or to the Dairy Queen or park. Which is good for them to get out and get fresh air, and see other people.
Any way it has been a long day, so I think it's time to get to bed.

Hi everyone, haven't heard much from any of you in a long time. Is everyone busy outside like I have been. I haven't raked, but I have cleaned up under the trees(leaves) and in my flower beds. I noticed yesterday my tulips are coming up- it's almost unheard of in Minnesota for these to pop their little heads out of the dirt this soon! The grass is starting to green up-wow It's going to be a long hot summer _Me thinks!
Jim worked tonight , so I got a couple scrapbooking layouts done and watched a movie "Friends With Benefits" It was pretty good. I knew Jim wouldn't want towatch it, so figured tonight was a good night for it.
Tomorrow we are going over to RedWing and then into Wisc with the kids, going to check out the winery over there and maybe go check out the bald Eagles over in that area.

Hi ! I've been a little lazy and haven't done much on here the last few days, sorry about thaAny of you live in the area where the snow storms hit yesterday? What a mess, I'm really glad that it missed us by about 100 miles. We got the freezing weather, but no snow. Of course we had snow the 2 days before that. We still have really cold -degree weather and the weather bug has been flashing all night.
I would love it if you would leave a little comment and tell me what kind of wordart that you all would like. funny- kids- love- . I had over 300 downloads on my smile wordart that I posted the other day , but only 2 comments.
Jim is off for the next couple of days so I think we might try to get our income tax done and maybe get some repair work done up stairs. Might as well do what we can in the house, to cold to try to do anything outside. Oh and I have to clean out my freezer and defrost it. I figure I can put all the meat and stuff into coolers and just set it outside (one big freezer) while I defrost it. I wasn't smart enough to do it before we got our 1/4 of a beef and the venison in there!!

Hi everyone-just a quick note tonight, I'm heading to bed soon. We had a great weekend up North and got a lot of 4-wheeling in and got in a lot of mud!! But it was beautiful up there during the day and it did get a bit cold at night, but we had a fire in the fire-pit and sat out around that. It went to fast (a usual) but we will be back up there in a month and will be there for 10 days.

Hi- trying to bake cookies at 9:30 at night and get this posted- I'm not a muiti-tasker!! I have to be very careful I don't burn the cookies or really screw up this post. Besides I'm drinking a glass of wine, which puts me to sleep- so hopefully I can get everything done right. LOL This is another saying that caught my eye and is how many of us feel some days! Hi everyone- hope you are all keeping cool/dry and safe if you are in an area where there is bad weather. We are suppose to get some bad storms here in Minn. today. It's so hot here I believe we could fry our breakfast outside on the sidewalk!!!

Still haven't had a lot of time to do much on the computer, but I did get a couple more wordarts done.

We are getting ready to start tearing our deck apart and then build a new one- this one will be quite a bit bigger then the one we have now. Getting excited about that.

Todays wordart I think will work on layouts of kids (all ages) from pouty babies to sassy teenagers. Even on some of our husbands !! LOL

Hi everyone- I'm back. I didn't post a wordart yesterday because I couldn't get onto 4-share. But today it's working fine.
We had a good day yesterday, went downtown for bothe craft shows and did'nt find anything FUN to buy, so didn't come home with anything, well I guess I did come home with my money still!!
Jim, Bob,Ron and the 2 boys went to the car show and they said there were tons of cars being showed! I didn't really want to go to that, I figured I would have enough walking later. After the craft shows, I came home to pick up Jim and we went back to Rhondas and waited for everyone to get there, then we had cheesecake. (for Mikes Birthday). We hung around there until just before 7 and then we all loaded up and headed for the Rodeo. The weather was great and there wasn't any bugs, couldn't ask for a better night for a Rodeo. Today was a different matter!!!!
Our kitchen sink hasn't been draining good for a long long time, but it's gotten worse in the last few days and we have been pouring a ton of drain cleaner down it. Expensive stuff!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't work! So today he (Jim) dug out the rat thing for the drain and put that down the drain, went down a good 25 feet and the lines were open. Problem solved! WRONG
Then my dishwasher over -flowed and I had a mess. Tomorrow the plumber is coming!!! I'm so sick of that sink!
So tonight we are going out for supper, I refused to wash anymore dishes down stairs in the laundry tubs!! LOL

Good Morning everyone, I didn't get this posted last night, so don't figure that the search engines will get this picked up. Hopefully you all just stop in here each day as part of your routine!!! LOL I have certain sites that I stop at each day- without fail!!
We got rain here yesterday afternoon, which was not expected- but was something we really needed. I notice all the road crew isn't out here yet this morning- must be too much water in the MUD to start their digging yet!!!!! No dust and dirt flying today!
