Hi all- sorry I haven't posted any new stuff for a few days. We have been enjoying our daughter and grandsons time here with us and tomorrow will start getting things ready for the 4th. We are having Ty's birthday party on the 4th too, even tho it isn't until the 31st of july. But we won't be with him for his birthday and they are leaving to go home to Colorado on Sat. So he would like a party here in Minn too so that his family can spend it with him.
It's so hot here- i think it reached 102 today- how about where you are at. I'd love it if you posted where you live and how hot you got this week. Lets see who has the hottest degree day!
When and visited my mom today, so she could see Kim and Tyler before they go back. worked on her tire on her car(flat) and fixed her A.C. which she had turned on wrong. She was roasting in her trailer house!
Well, it's been a terribly long day and I hear my bed calling my name. Every one else is already there. LOL
If I don't talk to you all before- have a wonderful safe 4th of July!

We will only hit 99 today, but we have had 7 days in a row of above 100, but then you expect those temps in Texas right? Hope your family finds things ok in CO. Enjoy them while there~Hugs!!

ReplyDeleteOh do I remember those long ago days so well. We had at that time, 6 children and 8 foster children and anyone who has not had at least a half dozen under age 3, do not really know what a mess they can make if left alone in the care of our slightly older children while I hung out laundry. I must find those old pictures. Thanks for this delightful thought! Handmaiden Dotty
