Geez- it's been a Looog time since I added a freebie for you guys, sorry! I have been busy with company and other stuff, but that is no excuse.
We had Jessie James Day here this last week (our town yearly event) , lots of people in town, friends here for a few days. I found a few things at the craft fairs, but not like I used to. They just don't do the REAL craft stuff any more. You used to be able to buy some real nice wood items, or holiday decorations- not any more. Kinda a disappointment.
Jim and the guys took in the Car Show , had 100's of old collector cars here in town- "LOT" of money !
Went to Cannon Falls and visited my mom for a few hours yesterday and took her out to lunch and had a nice visit .
The heat is leaving us- thank Heavens- I think tomorrow it is going to be in the high 70's- I can finally turn the A.C. off- at least for a few days. Before long we will have to have the heat on, so it would be nice to have a month or two without either. I love to just have my windows open and let the nice cool breeze blow in. Great sleeping at night with the windows open too!
